Welcome to the www.andrersanches.com website, applications and associated services (“Site”). Applicable to the website, this document (“Terms”) sets forth the terms and conditions between you and Andre Sanches Mentor, Coach, Speaker, Advisor of Mindset and Agile Culture and its subsidiaries/affiliates/group companies (“Company”, “Company” , “Group”), so please read them carefully. When accessing, browsing or using the Site ("Use"), all users and visitors ("You",  “You”, “User” or “Users”) declare that they accept the terms and conditions contained in these Terms. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions contained in these terms of use, please refrain from using the Site.

Accessibility for ALL : everyone must be able to access and enjoy the transformation. We are very committed to making this a reality.

We love to ensure accessibility for all users, regardless of ability, and we are continually improving the user experience for everyone and enforcing relevant accessibility standards.

2. Compliance status

Our goal is to adhere as closely as possible to the  Content Accessibility Guidelines  gives  web  (WCAG 2.0, level AA), published by  World Wide Web Consortium  (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make website content more accessible for people with disabilities.

 

Our digital accessibility tests on website pages include (but are not limited to) testing correct header structure, good keyboard operability, sufficient color contrast, and screen reader support. We test our pages with the  NVDA (NonVisual Desktop Access) screen reader  at the  Microsoft Windows operating system  It is like  VoiceOver screen reader  US  Apple iOS operating system devices .

 

We are aware of some areas of the site where we can improve accessibility. We are continually looking for solutions that bring all areas of the site to the same level of overall web accessibility.

Inappropriate content, activity, products and services that do not comply with this policy must be reported through the  Institutional Contacts .

3. Partner and User-Specific Obligations

We understand how important it is that everyone (“Customer”, “User”, “You”) with accessibility requirements have the same experience – or at least almost the same experience – using the Site.


The products and services of Users/Partners/Producers/Affiliates/related third parties (“Partners”) must follow and agree with our Vision to provide a high level User experience.

If this policy is  translated into other languages and there is a discrepancy between the versions, the Portuguese (Brazil) version will prevail.
